Pooh Shiesty And Kodak Black Beefing Over Who Started “Blrrd”

Pooh Shiesty and Kodak Black are going at it all over who started the “blrrd” trend.

Both Pooh Shiesty and Kodak Black are in heavy rotation on hip hop airwaves right now. The Memphis rapper is making waves with his breakout hit “Back In Blood” with Lil Durk, while the Pompano Beach native is creating his own waves musically, but also for other things like getting out of prison early thanks to a Trump last-minute pardon and his recent engagement to Mellow Racks whom he has been dating only for a few days or weeks at most.

While Shiesty and Kodak are making a lot of noise on the airwaves right now, their heated feud started after the Sniper Gang rapper hopped on Instagram to tell the world that he started the “blrrd” trend as well as the infamous cash spread. It didn’t take long for the “Back In Blood” rapper to respond on IG, telling Kodak that he lost respect for him.

“This just a matter of fact ! I ain’t dissing nobody , ion even know y’aII I’m just saying and this not to say the respect level ain’t on either side , but you know,” Kodak wrote in a post on IG that he has since deleted. In the video shared, he explained how he started the money spread trend and even namedrop Lil Baby.

Pooh Shiesty later issued a strong response to Kodak Black on Instagram by sharing photos of himself from a decade ago spreading cash. “The INTERNET AND FANS will make a real ni**a do some h** sh**, Influence?” he wrote. “You wasn’t rappin when I was out here taking action I just like yo music thought u was on my same time boy u was rapping that sh** I was really living before I ever made a song, this internet don’t know sh** bout me.”

Shiesty added that Chief Keef would be more deserving of the credit for starting the trend than Kodak Black. He ended his statement with a strong messaging tell Black that they can handle this feud in person.

What Blrrd mean?

In case you don’t know the meaning of “blrrd,” it’s an adlib popularized by Pooh Shiesty in some of his recent songs, particularly his hit single, “Back In Blood.” Other Memphis rappers also use it, but this issue is about who created it.

Before they started beefing, Pooh Shiesty says he is a fan of Kodak Black and even ranked him among his top 5 rappers, dead or alive. “‘m gon’ put me on there, BIG30, Gucci Mane, Kodak Black, and Chief Keef. I dont even care about nobody else. Them five right there,” he told Hotnewhiphop.

Why did Kodak Black pick a fight with Pooh Shiesty? Perhaps because of his recent issues with Gucci Mane asking him about the clone rumors. The Florida rapper wasn’t too happy about it, and we all know Gucci is mentoring Shiesty, who is signed to his 1017 label.

Boosie Badazz Would’ve Handled Gucci Mane Dissing Jeezy’s Dead Friend Differently

Boosie Badazz is reacting to Gucci Mane and Jeezy’s controversial Verzuz battle in his latest interview with Vlad TV.

Whenever Baton Rouge rapper Lil Boosie links up with DJ Vlad, he holds nothing back. Over the years, the rapper has been interviewed by Vlad TV several times, and he always offers some newsworthy insight into the current affairs of pop culture. Most recently, Boosie was asked about his thoughts on the infamous Gucci Mane vs. Jeezy Verzuz battle where the former made a callous remark about smoking on the namesake of Jeezy’s dead friend.

“I watched the part with Pookie Loc, I watched that sh*t,” recalled Boosie. “He said ‘I’m smoking on that Pookie Loc tonight.’” While Boosie Badazz says he respects the way the two rappers performed together and refrained from escalating the situation even throughout the obvious tension, he insists that he could not have done that himself. According to Boosie, he doesn’t have that kind of restraint, and it would not have gone down like that if it was him in Jeezy’s position.

“I like how they bossed up, but I would have charged that n***a, there would have been a fight,” Boosie said. “If he had said he was smoking on my partner, I’d have felt that was a type of disrespect…I thought we were talking about music. You can say that in a song if that’s part of a song, but you ain’t gon’ say none of my n**as in there. Every one of my n***as would have stepped if you had said ‘we smoking on that Pookie Loc tonight.’”

“They was supposed to have that understanding before they got there,” the rapper continued. “But I like how they handled it as bosses. I got a lot of respect for them for not taking it there and really bossing up and letting it be.” Boosie says Jeezy has already proven that he is a “real n***a” and he is on such another level now that he doesn’t need to “go back” just to prove it again. However, he reiterates that he does not share the rapper’s restraint.

“Jeezy done showed the world he a real n***a,” Boosie explained. “He not trying to prove he a real n***a again by going back. That’s what Jeezy stood for.” He added, “I’ma prove I’m that. I’ma go back ’cause that’s all I live on is my respect.”

Most fans agree that the Verzuz battle between Jeezy and Gucci Mane was probably the best one yet based on the fact that two foes came together, making it a bit more intriguing for viewers. It is abundantly clear, however, that the battle would have gone differently if Boosie Badazz was involved.

Who would you want to see the Baton Rouge rapper go up against on the Verzuz stage?

Kodak Black Slams Gucci Mane For Asking Him If He’s A Clone

Kodak Black is clapping back at Gucci Mane for asking if he’s a clone.

Kodak Black has clearly been enjoying his freedom since receiving a presidential pardon last month before Donald Trump officially left office. However, it seems the rapper doesn’t have any patience for persistent jokes from internet trolls accusing him of being a cloned version of himself. Now Gucci Mane has joined fans questioning if the Pompano Beach rapper is really a clone or the real deal. Of course, Gucci previously dealt with similar accusations after his release from prison in 2016 looking ripped.

Gucci Mane posted a video of an exchange between himself and Kodak Black where he asked the Florida rapper, “I’m talking ’bout is you a clone or not.”

Taking to Instagram Live on Saturday, Black addressed the rumors which suggest that he is no longer the authentic Kodak we once knew, saying, “Why this don’t sound like Kodak, what the hell—so who do I sound like? All this little clone sh*t starting to make me made now. See back then, all my little other bids, whenever this little clone sh*t came out, I wasn’t trippin’. Y’all blowing me now.”

Kodak went on to claim that the comments are coming from a place of pure jealousy, adding, “All kind of n***as been trying to imitate this sh*t but can’t duplicate this sh*t. None of these f***in’ n***as seeing Yak! They know that, that’s why they was mad I came home. All these n***as was scared, scared of me coming home, picking up the money.” It looks like Kodak is ready to hop back in the game at full force and isn’t taking anybody’s shade in the meantime.

Black also respond to Gucci Mane in another video saying, “When you said, ‘Is you a clone’ tonight, I should’ve hit you with, ‘B**ch, I might be.’” He then went on to disrespect Gucci for not having any waves in his hair.

Since his release, Kodak has made several big moves, including debuting a new hairstyle, getting his lawyer’s name tatted on his hand, showing off a ring engraved with “Trump Ties” as a shoutout to the controversial president who pardoned him and reportedly getting engaged to 19-year-old rapper Mellow Rackz.

Kodak Black has addressed his plans to pursue multiple causes, including criminal justice reform and giving back to his community. The rapper also established a scholarship in honor of the victims who lost their lives in the 2018 Marjory Stoneman Douglas High shooting in Parkland, Florida, setting aside $100k in funds for the criminal justice program at Southeastern University Law School. Clone or not, at least the latest incarnation of Kodak is committed to spreading some positivity in the world.

Lil’ Peep – Gucci Mane Lyrics

[Intro]
Charlie Shuffler
Cocaine in your bitch brain
Gettin' high since Friday
When my bitch say
No pain when my mind fade
Cold chain
Switchin' lanes, bumpin' Gucci Mane

[Chorus]
Cocaine in your bitch brain
I make it rain when my bitch say
No pain when my mind fade (When my mind fade)
I've been high since last Friday (Friday)
Dope veins, wear the cold chain
Switchin' lanes, bumpin' Gucci Mane
I don't listen what my friends say
I can't cry, but I'm a Crybaby (I'm a Crybaby)
I can't lie, I might die, baby (Might die, baby)
But as long as I'm alive, we gon' shine, baby (We gon' shine, baby)
Look me in my eyes, baby (In my eyes, baby)
I've been high since last Friday (Friday)

[Bridge]
I can't drive, but let's ride, baby (Let's ride, baby)

And as long as I'm alive, I'ma die, baby (I'ma die, baby)
Time flies on the highway (Highway)
I've been high since last Friday
[Chorus]
Cocaine in your bitch brain
I make it rain when my bitch say
No pain when my mind fade (When my mind fade)
I've been high since last Friday (Friday)
Dope veins, wear the cold chain
Switchin' lanes, bumpin' Gucci Mane
I don't listen what my friends say
I can't cry, but I'm a Crybaby (I'm a Crybaby)
I can't lie, I might die, baby (Might die, baby)
But as long as I'm alive, we gon' shine, baby (We gon' shine, baby)
Look me in my eyes, baby (In my eyes, baby)
I've been high since last Friday (Friday)

Jeezy Should’ve Take Gucci Mane’s Life On Verzuz, Says Troy Ave

Troy Ave thinks that Jeezy should’ve killed Gucci Mane on Verzuz Live.

The second season of Verzuz kicked off with a highly anticipated showdown between two long time rivals, Gucci Mane and Jeezy. The battle created a lot of buzz in the hip hop world, with some fans worrying the event would reignite old tensions, while others remained hopeful for a reconciliation. While there was a great deal of not-so-subtle jabs, the night eventually ended with Jeezy and Gucci taking pictures together and making it clear that they are putting the culture before their old beef.

However, it seems that not everyone wanted to see a peaceful evening. Taking to Instagram Sunday night to share his perspective, Troy Ave suggested that Jeezy should have murdered Gucci during the live performance, writing, “If you killed somebody I love and we performing on camera…well I guess I’m killing u on camera. #StreetsIsAMyth.”

Troy Ave made his violent tendencies very public when he was arrested in 2016 for attempted murder and illegal weapons possession after a shooting at a T.I. concert in New York. Considering that his legal troubles are still pending, many followers pointed out that he is probably not in a position to be saying he would kill someone.

Additionally, it seems that Troy Ave missed the entire point of the historical evening. Jeezy and Gucci Mane do in fact share a violent history that resulted in the death of Jeezy’s friend and affiliate Pooki Loc, who was shot and killed by Gucci in what he says was an act of self-defense. However, given the recent string of murders and gun violence in the hip hop community, the two men felt that it was time to show the younger generation that they can put the music before the beef. The gesture was initiated by Jeezy who maintained his cool despite being provoked by Gucci on stage. Luckily, these two rappers have much more far-reaching influence than Troy Ave.

Jeezy Breaks Down How He Handled A Very Tense Showdown With Gucci Mane

Jeezy is revealing how he handle what was a very contentious Verzuz with longtime foe Gucci Mane.

Jeezy’s post-analysis of Thursday’s historic Verzuz is heavily focused on how he managed to stay calm and focused during the at times tense battle. Speaking to hosts on The Breakfast Club on how he handled Gucci Mane’s “disrespectful” comments- making fun of his friend’s death Pookie Loc and even his sense of fashion, Jeezy says his maturity won’t let him be the person he once was.

“I looked at it like we ain’t sixth graders. We not kids,” Jeezy recalled. “You can’t antagonize me with something that we both understand ’cause I’m not in the same mental space as I was 20 years ago nor can I let you take me there.”

Jeezy says letting Gucci Mane taking back to that place he was two decades ago would’ve been more upsetting than anything else. Nevertheless, his self-control was admiral and even Charlamagne Tha God admitted in the interview that Jeezy won the Verzuz battle because of how he handled a very contentious situation.

The two rappers have been feuding since 2005. However, Jeezy says he has grown as a person from that time to now.

“I’m not that same person I was 20 years ago when that’s how things spiraled out of control anyway,” he explained. “I took the last 10 years to better myself because of a lot of things that happened in my life. I just promised myself that I would never put myself in those positions again.

During Thursday night’s event, Jeezy said his main reason for wanting to rap battle Gucci Mane was because it was needed as an example for the younger generation and the preservation of the culture, which has always been dominated by violence. Some rappers have even lost their lives in some of the incidents – the most recent King Von and Nipsey Hussle.

He said he and Gucci will now have to work on healing their relationship. “As men, it’s been going on almost two decades. It was a point when we were cool,” he said. “The real sh*t that went on, that’s just something me and him gonna have to figure out later on but for y’all it’s just like I understand it. The more it goes on, the worse it’s gonna be, we like the forefront of it so anybody who’s behind us, that’s the way to go. Time heals all. But that was effort–it’s in front of the world. It ain’t even for show. It’s real life–we both gotta come to grips with that. We both gotta really be men.”

More than 1.8 million viewers tuned in to see the Southern heavyweights battle it out. Gucci Mane himself has accepted the olive branch from Jeezy.

But this was the moment of the night! ????#Verzuz#JeezyvsGucciMane

Jeezy Explains How Recent Gun Violence Inspired Gucci Mane Truce

Jeezy says some recent gun violence involving rappers like King Von and Mo3 inspired his truce with Gucci Mane.

This year has been fraught with bad news for everyone, and the hip hop community, in particular, has endured a wave of violence that has inspired several old school artists to speak out with words of warning for the new generation of rappers. Fresh off of an amazing kickoff to the second season of Verzuz, Jeezy stopped by The Breakfast Club to talk about his own reaction to the recent string of murders in the rap industry and how these events inspired him to make peace with his long time enemy, Gucci Mane.

“I just had to make a decision,” Jeezy said, referring to his voluntary collaboration with Gucci for their Verzuz battle. “It’s going to be about what I see going on and how I can contribute and let people understand it’s bigger than us.”

Jeezy went on to specifically mention the recent murder of King Von during a shootout outside of an Atlanta nightclub, saying, “For all the things you see, that King Von thing really touched me. I know Durk well and it was surreal to get that call. Them kids. It ain’t gotta be that way. It was a lot of that.” He also mentioned the two most recent shootings to make the headlines, adding, “What happened to Mo3, what happened to Boosie. It was a crazy weekend.”

Jeezy and Gucci had a highly publicized beef involving the shooting death of Jeezy’s friend and an affiliate in the early 2000’s, but the two ATL icons decided to put the past behind them and focus on the music this week when they agreed to go head to head on Timbaland and Swizz Beatz’ quarantine-inspired platform, Verzuz. The battle had more than a couple of jabs, but ultimately the men ended on a peaceful note and showed the world that reconciliation is possible.

Gucci Mane – Still Remember Lyrics (feat. Pooh Shiesty)

[Gucci Mane:]
[?]
Thirty, you a motherf*ckin’ fool, nigga
Nah, nah, nah, nah

I had to laugh, it kept me from crying
Said it was all good, but I was lying
Stood on my ten and I did my time
I done seen all these niggas switch sides
I know what’s up with these guys, they hate in disguise
They runs at an all time high
Just by the watches I buy and the juice that I fly
Like I’m up, like I’m stuck in the sky
I came up robbin’, starvin’, Sun Valley apartments
Copped the Martel with some pennies
Handled my business, I swear that I hustle relentless
Bipolar from all of the killings
Dope I was whipping, mom tried to whip me
She gave me a 50 for Christmas, I flipped it
Still can’t forget it
Wearin’ my brother’s clothes I couldn’t fit it
We still got evicted

Coat was so raggedy it was embarrassing
It was impairing, I’m blaming my parents
Rode on Mac leans before the McLaren
The hammer starin’ all down, Mane a terrorist
Did it myself, ain’t no blemish on my rep
You can come see for yourself
Watch where you step
Mumblin’ under your breath
I hold a grudge to the death
Cop by myself, I don’t need nobody help
I blaze you up like I’m chef
Shoot to the M, I shoot a hundred like whip
You keep a 30 like Steph, you better duck
Mask on my face like I’m Rip
Cash cover me like a quilt
I come equipped, blue tips inside of my clip
You’ll think my gun was a Crip
Drive by, walk by, bicycle, motorcycle
Killers pulling up in all kinds
14, 15, 12 years old
Young niggas slangin’ 99’s
Young nigga stacking it proud
Trapping it loud, he threw a stack in the crowd
I say they jackin’ my style
Crackin’ a smile but I ain’t sold crack in a while
I got a biblical past, digital dash
Scale with a digital dial
Really put dope in a vial
Here working the towel, I put that shit on the Bible
Servin’ my cuz outta town, they said I was devilish
‘Cause I wouldn’t go to revival
Gucci Mane talk of the town
Now when I touch down, I’m selling a brick on arrival

I had to laugh, it kept me from crying
Said it was all good, but I was lying
Stood on my ten and I did my time
I done seen all these niggas switch sides
I know what’s up with these guys, they hate in disguise
They runs at an all time high
Just by the watches I buy and the juice that I fly

Like I’m up, like I’m stuck in the sky

Bipolar from all of the killings
Dope I was whipping, mom tried to whip me
She gave me a 50 for Christmas, I flipped it
Still can’t forget it
Wearin’ my brother’s clothes I couldn’t fit it
We still got evicted

[Pooh Shiesty:]
Remember them days I was stuck in the creek
I had somewhere to sleep, but I didn’t have a bed
Jumped off the porch, I wasn’t going for shit
Had to tackle the block just to get me some bread
I was the man of the house, had to figure shit out here
Time pause went to the feds
Had the dude found no clip, I was bustin’ that bitch
I was constantly puttin’ one in the head
Now we got choppas with lasers and beams
We three seven five one oh seventeen
Wop came and got me, this shit ain’t no dream
Big shots stay in Gucci like Shaq and Kareem
I got up and took it couldn’t wait on no blessings
Shakin’ them dice tryin’ to roll me a seven
They threw the police on me at eleven
I been ‘causing hell, quick to send you heaven
Couldn’t wait to wop, punch you out ’cause I’m ready
Might rob a rapper right after a session
Give me them keys and they watchin’ they necklace
I need them Cuban links and them baguettes
Ain’t no more postin’ on IG and flexin’
I’m the one rappin’ but steady be steppin’
I’m comin’ late in your dream like I’m Freddy
How you gon’ run from an automatic weapon?

[Gucci Mane:]
I had to laugh, it kept me from crying
Said it was all good, but I was lying
Stood on my ten and I did my time
I done seen all these niggas switch sides
I know what’s up with these guys, they hate in disguise

Chance The Rapper – My Own Thing lyrics

[Chorus: Chance the Rapper]
I’ma do my own thing
I’m finna buy a ringtone, then let the phone ring
I decided that I gotta do my own thing
Yeah, yeah, I just gotta do my own thing
Do my own thing

[Verse 1: Chance the Rapper]
Please don’t hit me in my DM
Promise that my BM gonna slide when she see ’em
I know she gonna see ’em ’cause I’m defa finna show her
Take her to the culprit then I take her to the store (Yeah, yeah, yeah)
She just like my personal space, got a circular waist
Pull my shirt when she work, work, work, work, work
If you work in my space, better keep that shit ‘fessional
I don’t like to be bothered when I work, work, work, work
Please leave me the fuck alone, new fiancée, that’s my cologne
Doin’ too much and sayin’ too much, that’s how y’all ass end up alone
I’ma just pimp off, you a send-off, I don’t really ever like to get involved
Got a baby, got a house, got in-laws, go and kick rocks

[Chorus: Chance the Rapper]
I’ma do my own thing
I’m finna buy a ringtone, then let the phone ring
Just let it ring, ring, ring, let it ring, ring, ring, let it ring, ring, ring
I decided that I gotta do my own thing
Yeah, yeah, I just gotta do my own thing
Do my own thing, yeah

[Verse 2: Joey Purp (Chance the Rapper)]
Okay, don’t mind if it don’t pay me, it ain’t my biz
How you gon’ raise yo’ voice?
Gon’ raise yo’ money, won’t raise yo’ kids? (What?)
Bad little bitty in the city that I’m in (Yeah)
When I go and travel, I might have to take her with
She said, “How the car stop but the rims don’t?”
Ain’t wanna leave but I had to go, like Trey Songz
I was 18 with a ’98 (Yup) sellin’ 28s
Now I’m 25 sellin’ 16s (Yup), it’s a hunnid ways
My new girl a freak, she my type, she unique
Make her sang when we bang, skeet, skeet, skeet, skeet
Tell my ex it’s a dub, that’s a wop, that’s unlikely
Put a bustdown of my wifey, like Gucci Mane, so icy

[Chorus: Chance the Rapper]
I’ma do my own thing
I’m finna buy a ringtone, then let the phone ring
Just let it ring, ring, ring, let it ring, ring, ring, let it ring, ring, ring
I decided that I gotta do my own thing
Yeah, yeah, I just gotta do my own thing

Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike – All I Need (feat. Gucci Mane) lyrics

[Intro: Gucci Mane]
Dimitri, Mike and Gucci

[Verse 1]
Laying on the front line, vibing to the bass drums
Sipping on a 40
And someone’s on the rooftop, lighting up like Snoop Dogg
And it’s only Tuesday
I just wanna have a good time in the city shine lights, baby, baby
I don’t need, I don’t need nothing else
I don’t need, I don’t need nothing else

[Chorus]
We don’t have to wake up ’cause we didn’t sleep
I still got a full cup of that Hennessy
All my friends by my side
It’s all I need in my life
5AM and we still feeling reckless
Piled up in the whip getting breakfast
All my friends by my side
It’s all I need in my life

[Post-Chorus]
All my friends by my side
It’s all I need in my life

[Verse 2: Gucci Mane]
I just wanna show you how to win, let me coach ya
I’m just tryna train ya, baby, turn you to my soldier
Tryna help you prosper, I’m a trap prophet
You know they really poppin’, they don’t really got it
I just wanna see you shop, shop ’til you drop
Pull out with the title top, drop out the lot
She don’t wanna leave the Wop, she know the night good
So watch the plot thick, so does Gucci’s heart thick

[Chorus]
We don’t have to wake up ’cause we didn’t sleep
I still got a full cup of that Hennessy
All my friends by my side
It’s all I need in my life
5AM and we still feeling reckless

All my friends by my side
It’s all I need in my life

[Verse 1: 21 Savage & A$AP Rocky]
I got so many M’s in my bank account, I can’t even count ’em
Too many whips, way I switch my car, I can’t even mount ’em
Too many zeros with ‘Sace pillows in my Phantoms
Too many bad bitches, I don’t cuff ’em, I just hand them (21)
Off like a lay-up (lay-up), I don’t got time to lay up
Met my accountant at Ruth’s Chris, she told me that I’m way up (21)
I already back for seconds, I ain’t even clean my plate up
Ran me up a hunned M’s and then I put my bay up (21)
Way out in the hills, I just sign the deal
I ain’t take no advance, so you know that split was real (21)
All my diamonds carrots, dem lil’ pointers be two lil’
Glaziers in my ear, I need a cup, they ’bout to spill

[Chorus: Gucci Mane & A$AP Rocky]
Too fuckin’ cocky, baby, I’m too fuckin’ cocky (huh?)
Too fuckin’ cocky, baby, I’m so fuckin’ cocky
Too fuckin’ cocky, baby, I’m too fuckin’ cocky

[Verse 2: A$AP Rocky & (?)]
Huh?
How you gone play D, you can’t even take D
Too many fake me’s
Way too many fake daps, way too many fake ‘$APs
And I put it on me and I want another ring
Girlies buckle at the knees, swerve ’em like the other team (skrt)
You can still hear the sneaks (woo, swoosh)
Ballin’ in some Dungarees
Make a cheerleader cream, so what she on the other team?
For the cameras say your cheese, rap game like the league
Heard you the nigga overseas, but that’s only overseas
I’m the one who oversees shit, "Oh man, it’s him again"
I’m up in the rim, they the raided M&M’s
Ball on you in my favorite Timberlands
My girlfriend got a little friend
All the way on the other end
‘Cause she don’t deal with the middle man
Harlem world stole my flow, friends and my foes
Got my hoes in my clothes, they want ten like my toes (A$AP)

[Chorus: Gucci Mane]

Just run me the play and let me know
With a broken leg, I let it go (leggo, leggo, leggo)
I ain’t gotta say it ’cause they know (woo)

[Verse 3: Gucci Mane]
Gucci is materialistic, he’s too fuckin’ flashy
He smoke when he wanna smoke, think the world is his ashtray
So, so deaf to these suckers, I’m like JD in ’03
My hoe said that I’m too cocky, I don’t play nothin’ but me
These girls got nothing to show you, I’ll give you something to see
These dudes keep comin’ up short like they a pair of capris
Don’t group me with these rappers, these boys embarrassin’ me
Them dudes ain’t got nothin’ on me, I got a money disease
I’m too cold for these suckers, they ain’t got more money than me
I wear my mink in the summer when it’s one-hundred-three (burr)
I make a bitch feel self-conscious like she too shiny for me
I know that bitch want to fuck me, but she’s to tiny for me
She’s my way out the highway, you either like or leave
This Rollie cost us the G’s, a couple bricks on my sleeve (yeah)
When I first fell on the scene, I drove a Cutlass Supreme
A half a brick, a pint of lean, and a new money machine
It’s Guwop

[Chorus: Gucci Mane, & Young Thug]
Too fuckin’ cocky, baby, I’m too fuckin’ cocky
Too fuckin’ cocky, baby, I’m so fuckin’ cocky
Too fuckin’ cocky, baby, I’m too fuckin’ cocky (it’s Gucci)
Too fuckin’ cocky, baby, I’m so fuckin’ cocky
Too fuckin’ cocky, baby, I’m too fuckin’ cocky
Too fuckin’ cocky, baby, I’m so fuckin’ cocky
Too fuckin’ cocky, baby, I’m too fuckin’ cocky (Wizop)
Too fuckin’ cocky, baby, I’m so fuckin’ cocky (damn)
We got London On Da Track

Asap Rocky, Gucci Mane & 21 Savage – Cocky

Lyrics to ‘Asap Rocky, Gucci Mane & 21 Savage – Cocky’ by Asap Rocky:

Tiffany Haddish, and more. Gucci and 21’s laconic styles are both idiomatic for London on da Track’s ominous, creeping backbeat. Gucci’s last, whispered, and classic-era-Gucci-styled verse (“Gucci is materialistic, he’s too fucking flashy/He smoke when he wanna smoke, think the world is his ashtray”) is worth the price of admission for what might reasonably be considered an unremarkable song.

He also posted another photo of himself inside the convenience store where he wrote, “At the Texaco on Bouldercrest I sold nicks and dimes at as a teenager.”

Gucci Mane Drops “El Gato The Human Glacier” Album: Listen

Gucci Mane is back with another album just before Christmas, El Gato The Human Glacier.

The 11 track album comes with not a single guest feature and was produced entirely by Southside. On the project you can find singles like “Peeping Out The Blinds,” “Mall,” “Side EFX,” “El Gato’s Revenge,” and more. With this new freezing album, Gucci Mane caps off a big year where he he dropped a joint project, Droptopwop, with Metro Boomin, another solo album, Mr. Davis, in October, and getting married to his longtime girlfriend Keyshia Ka’oir.

Aside from Cardi B, Gucci Mane perhaps had one of the biggest years in hip hop among artists after being shipped home from prison in May last year looking a lot healthier and happier. The East Atlanta Santa rapper announced the new album last month, telling his fans on social media that it will arrive in time for Christmas. He made good on that promise and his fans are happy. He also informed us that the project will come with no guest feature despite 21 Savage being featured on the “Just Like It.” But Savage is not credited on the album for the feature.

Gucci Mane announced earlier this week that he will be making a movie about the album. “I’m gone make a movie about #ElGatoTheHumanGlacier so consider the 12 songs as my first screenplay,” he wrote on Twitter. Listen to the new album El Gato The Human Glacier on Apple Music below.

Brrr F**k a Feature,” the Atlanta rapper wrote. The last part of his statement indicates that the album will likely comes without any guest features.

Gucci Mane first announced the new album last month, just weeks after dropping his last project Mr. Davis just before his wedding date. The project has guest verses from Chris Brown, Nicki Minaj, Migos, Monica, Slim Jxmmi, ASAP Rocky, Big Sean and more. El Gato The Human Glacier will be the third album Gucci released this year after delivering DropTopWop, a collaborative effort with Metro Boomin, in May.

Last year, Gucci Mane drops another album just before Christmas, The Return Of East Atlanta Santa, which was released on December 16. Since his released from prison in May last year, Guwop has already released around half a dozen projects. The “Members Only” rapper is currently working on more upcoming projects including a movie with Rick Ross, due for release sometime next year.

Fuckin’ on vixens (smash)
Whole gang itchin’ (itch)
Fuckin’ with the wrong one, trippin’
Thirty round extension for the tension (brrt)
Hundred round drum, listen
Fuck around and end up missin’ (brrt)
Get ’em knocked off for a ticket

[Verse 3: Gucci Mane]
Man it’s Gucci Mane the Goat
And I’m at these rappers throats
I’m like Scarface on a banana boat, I’m tryna keep afloat
Yeah it’s Wop the Guwopster

Eat shrimp and lobster
I flew in with a chopper
Breaking bread that’s my breakfast
Two bitches I’m so selfish
I wanna cut her off
Her head too good it got me helpless
Ya should feel embarrassed
I just touched down in Paris
My homie said he single but his side-bitches are married
Save some for the drama though
Guess I’m still the DJ
[?]
So I’m throwing cash and repay
Flush it on the freeway
Got cash [?] 3k
Countin’ cash for three days and all my pussy’s prepaid

Gucci Mane New Album “El Gato” May Arrive By Year End

Gucci Mane drop his new album, Mr. Davis, in October and now he might drop his next project, El Gato, by the end of the year.

Gucci is known to drop a lot of project simultaneously so this move shouldn’t come as a surprise. About two weeks after dropping Mr. Davis, the Atlanta rapper announced his next album, El Gato: The Human Glacier, on Twitter. “I’m naming my next album #El Gato the #HumanGlacier I wanna make 10 mo million for my honeymoon #1017 #MrDavisTheAlbum,” he tweeted.

Sources around the production are saying that he is looking to drop the album before Christmas. “The album is coming possibly before Christmas and that’s a fact,” sources told us. “El Gato look out because it will be album of the year contender and some surprise guest will be on it. This will be a Christmas present for the fans.” Gucci Mane just renewed his contract with Atlantic Records for a whopping $10 million, so perhaps that was the $10 million he spoke of when he announced that album last month.

Gucci Mane has released 11 studio albums since 2005 and since his released from prison last year May he released four albums including a joint project with Metro Boomin, DropTopWop. Gucci has been laser focused on making his money this year and has even found a way to profit off his wedding by having it broadcast on BET live. Seems he also found a way to profit off his honeymoon.

Desiigner & PnB Rock Dropping A Joint Album Next Year

Desiigner and PnB Rock are on the verge of dropping a joint album.

Desiigner is currently working on his own upcoming album The Life Of Desiigner but so far there is no release date for the project. Now there are talks that he is working on a joint LP with PnB Rock. The Brooklyn rapper announced the project on Twitter a few days ago. “PNB AND DESIIGNER ALBUM… coming soon,” he tweeted. Desiigner has come under criticism from some rap fans recently who claimed that he dropped off. He responded on Instagram saying that he is far from dropped off.

“For all them haters out there man,” the rapper said while showing off his house and luxury car. “I don’t want to hear all that sh*t about Desiigner fell off, Desiigner never fell nowhere. I fell into a motherf***** mansion that I just bought in L.A., you know what am saying. Thank you to all my fans the album coming soon.”

The “Panda” rapper has been relatively quiet since score hit breakout hit single and a couple other notable collaborations. Earlier this year, he released a music video for his song with Gucci Mane, “Liife.” The “Tiimmy Turner” MC has been teasing his upcoming album and a mixtape for the past couple of months so naturally some fans are saying that they don’t believe that he will drop a project with PnB Rock anytime soon. So now its up to Desiigner to prove his haters wrong and drop something, whether it be his own personal project or this joint effort.

PnB Rock is currently gearing up to release his own debut album, Catch These Vibes, and earlier this year he released his GTTM: Going Thru The Motions mixtape. He then went on to get featured on XXL Freshman Class of 2017 which help further push his career this year.
